We kindly ask for your understanding in regards to our policies, as they were created to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for their appointment.
Below are our cancellation, reschedule, running late, no-show, refund, and children under 12 policies. Please take the time to read all the information provided, and, as always, feel free to contact us at with any questions you may have.
48 hour notice is required for any cancelations. If you cancel within the 48 hour policy , you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service that was missed in order to reserve another appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hour policy 2 or more consecutive times, you will be responsible for 100% of the price of the scheduled service that was missed in order to reserve another appointment. Same day cancelations will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service that was missed in order to reserve another appointment. All deposits are non-transferable if appointment is canceled within the 48 hour policy. All cancelations must be done via phone call. Please call the salon at 832-295-3821 to do so. NO voicemails, txt messages, or instagram messages will be accepted.
Being less than 15 minutes late for your appointment isn’t suggested but will be tolerated. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please note that your appointment will be canceled due to not having enough time to complete the service, and a cancelation fee will apply.

If you reschedule an appointment 2 consecutive times, a $50 deposit will be required to reserve your next appointment. This deposit will go towards you service. If you reschedule an appointment 3 consecutive times, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.
If you do not show for your appointment, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service that was missed in order to reserve another appointment. If you do not show for your appointment 2 consecutive times, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the scheduled service that was missed in order to reserve another appointment. All deposits are non-transferable if you do not show for your appointment.
There are no refunds on any hair services or extensions. No refunds on haircare products but you may exchange your product for an item of the same value as long as it’s within 30 days from the date of purchase. Discounted items are final sale.
We kindly ask that do not bring children under the age of 12 to accompany you during your service. If you bring a child under the age of 12, with no alternative way of caring for them while receiving your service, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and a cancelation fee will apply. Please understand that having children under the age of 12 in a salon environment and around busy staff poses unique and unforeseen challenges. We cannot assure their safety as we have hot tools, chemical products, sharp objects and no facilities to care for a child of that age.
Clients receiving a color service, extensions, or a chemical treatment MUST NOW sign a consent form.
